The Journey

The Journey
Approximately 9996km. WOW. That's a lot of k's. Update 24th June 2012 bit of a miscalculation - we actually travelled 17154 kilometres. Now that really is a lot of k's.

Cape Keraudren

Golden Trevaly
Chris, John and I launched the boat at the Mosquito Creek boat ramp this morning. This ramp is so much easier to use than the concrete one, however it can only be used at high tide. It was pretty rough but we still ventured out the creek and managed to catch Golden Trevaly and other bits and pieces. We had gone on a firewood run yesterday, so after we pulled the boat out, it was scones in the camp oven for breakfast.

    1. G'day Laura. We wouldn't snorkel at Cape Keraudren. Great fishing though. Some of the best snorkeling we did was in the lagoon at Quobba Blowholes & some of the coral bommies off Cape Range National Park. Thanks. Naomi.
